IT Manager – Solution Architecture

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an IT Manager specializing in Solution Architecture to lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure that supports business growth and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity, along with 5+ years in solution/enterprise architecture roles.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and reference models.
• Design target-state infrastructure across networks, compute, storage, and end-user platforms.
• Lead infrastructure modernization efforts including data centers and platform rationalization.
• Architect and govern cloud environments, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Drive cloud migration strategies focusing on resilience and cost optimization.
• Establish hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity across all platforms.
• Define and implement end-to-end cybersecurity architecture, including Zero Trust principles.
• Oversee next-generation security solutions including IAM and EDR/XDR.
• Act as architecture authority and provide guidance to project teams.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in solution/enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and modern infrastructure.
• Expertise in security architecture and enterprise-grade systems.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, microservices, APIs, and data platforms.
• Experience working in large, complex environments.
