We are looking for an IT Consultant to support the Global IT team.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to work in an international environment, to learn and grow while exposed to the latest digital trends, then the IT Consultant role is for you!

You will be involved in projects, support as well as conducting diagnostics, documentation, and training. Your assignments can vary from small deliveries, support cases to participation in large "Brownfield" factory projects on a global scale – mainly in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting production IT operating systems like CCTV, MES, SCADA, label printing, access control, and Production PC/Thin Clients.
• Dividing your time between projects and daily support.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal customers on various technologies.
• Ensure IT solution integrity and maintain updated documentation.
• Ensure daily operational support meets Service Level Agreements with customers.

This is what you offer:

• 2+ years of experience with IT systems, ideally within global companies/industries.
• Some knowledge or experience of IT/OT environmental network setup, architecture, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Experience working with international and remote teams, providing operational support and delivering projects.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
