IT Business Analyst

• Rate: up to 140 PLN/hour (net) + VAT

• Location: Gdańsk (hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

The role of the IT Business Analyst involves conducting advanced data analysis to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.

This position is crucial for ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective system designs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform data analysis primarily using SQL.

• Handle and manage large datasets effectively.

• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understand business terminology to facilitate communication between business and IT teams.

• Convert business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs independently.

• Support unit testing (UT), system testing (ST), and end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Create functional test cases and validate results.

• Demonstrate good communication skills and be an agile team player.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.

• Experience handling large datasets.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of SAS/Python for data analysis.

• Background in Credit Risk.

• Experience in creating functional test cases.
