IT Automation Tester

Type of contract: B2B contract

Rate: up to 140 net + vat/ hour

We are seeking an experienced IT Automation Tester to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality API solutions for PSD2 compliance and premium customers within the Embedded Banking division. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and have a solid understanding of RESTful API testing methodologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely within a scrum team, engaging with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Test and validate RESTful APIs to ascertain compliance and functionality.

• Analyze testing requirements and design test cases effectively.

• Plan, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework.

• Document and provide comprehensive test results.

• Participate in team activities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience with RESTful API testing tools and methodologies.

• Strong Python programming skills for test development (mandatory requirement)

• Hands-on expertise with Robot Framework automation (mandatory requirement)

• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, K8s).

• ISTQB Foundation Level knowledge or equivalent practical experience.

• Knowledge of QA processes (both manual and automated).

• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
