Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst, specializing in business analysis and IT consultancy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT and business analysis, with a proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence, along with a solid understanding of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling, is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies.

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements.

• Design and propose sustainable solutions in alignment with the target picture.

• Document requirements and maintain comprehensive records.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.

Key Requirements

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Familiarity with international collaboration

• Experience using Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector

• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API

• Knowledge of PSD2, PSD3/PSR, and NFR
