About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst with PEGA experience to join our client’s newly established team focused on building a Corporate Online Onboarding solution for their customers. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming customer onboarding processes using cutting-edge PEGA technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Business Needs: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct Gap Analysis: Identify areas for improvement, facilitate workshops, and lead discussions with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to translate requirements into functional specifications and implement PEGA solutions.
• Project Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and user guides.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Analyst.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with PEGA applications.
• Certifications:
• PEGA Certified Business Architect (CBA) or PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in PEGA software and business process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines.
