IT Analyst

Location: hybrid model 1x/week (Gdańsk)/remote

Remuneration: up to 135 zl/h net+vat

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Document business and functional requirements, including data flow, business rules, technical design and solution design
• Create data mapping, do data modelling, and support data migrations
• Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for IU IT Road map and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives
• Elicit, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translates business requirements into features, stories and tasks in Jira
• Be a part of scrum team and work close together with business, application maintenance and other technology areas to deliver on the backlog and move toward the strategic target picture for the environment
• Utilize knowledge of business flows, data and systems to support business and IT testers in various test activities
• Provide L3 support for incidents and problems

Description of knowledge and experience:

• Hands-on development/integration experience with Payments, Swift and surrounding business areas
• Strong with Microsoft technology, SQL
• Experience with Jira, qTest, Helix and Confluence
• Experience gathering and documenting user requirements and partnering to build a high level design document
• Experience working alongside a technical team (i.e., Developers, QA’s, vendor resources)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with agile development and DevOps tools and concepts
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
