📍 Rate: do 135 zł/h netto + VAT

📍 Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódź., hybrid model (min. 2 days in the office).

📍 Language: English and Polish

Join our team as an IT Analyst and contribute to the development of modern systems. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and experience working with data. If you have SQL knowledge, experience in requirement management, and enjoy working in an agile environment, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Analyze and manage functional and non-functional requirements.

✅ Create and execute advanced SQL queries.

✅ Define acceptance criteria and manage Definition of Done & Ready.

✅ Collaborate effectively within Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

✅ Conduct thorough data analysis and understand data flows.

✅ Take ownership and contribute to high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Strong SQL skills and experience in data analysis.

🔹 Experience in IT analysis and requirement management (IIBA, IREB).

🔹 Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

🔹 Excellent communication skills in English.

🔹 Agile mindset and familiarity with DevOps practices.

Nice to Have:

➕ Understanding of operational and non-financial risk.

➕ Knowledge of IBM tools (e.g., Data Stage).

➕ Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML).
