Introduction & Summary

The role of the IT Analyst focuses on gathering and analysing business requirements of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that IAM processes are compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with the organisation's security policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system or business analysis, particularly within IAM or IT security.

Main Responsibilities

The IT Analyst will be responsible for:

• Collecting and documenting business requirements regarding IAM processes.

• Analysing and verifying requirements for consistency, completeness, and compliance with regulations and security policies.

• Collaborating with project teams and IAM system administrators to prepare functional specifications.

• Engaging in implementation and development projects within the IAM domain.

• Creating analytical documentation, including process diagrams and use cases.

• Supporting acceptance testing and project handover.

Key Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and the IT/banking sector.

• Experience in system or business analysis, preferably in IAM or IT security.

• Ability to create analytical documentation and functional specifications.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English is required to effectively work with documentation.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of identity and access management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access, SSO, and MFA.
