Role: IT Analyst – Change Management & Process Improvement

Rate: up to 110 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)
Location: Hybrid model: 3x/week in the office in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa / Łódź

We are seeking an IT Analyst to support the transformation of the change management process within a large organization. The role focuses on adapting change management approaches to the needs of various teams and initiatives, emphasizing process-oriented, analytical, and workshop expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders.

• Analyze and improve change management processes.

• Define recommendations for adapting processes to different teams and projects.

• Gather requirements and transform them into user stories and analytical documentation.

• Create and update project and operational documentation (including Process Library in Confluence).

• Support ongoing project and operational activities.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the area of change management.

• Ability to analyze and define requirements.

• Practical, operational knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices (especially incident and problem management).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with the BMC Helix platform.
