Main Responsibilities:
Manage, implement, monitor, and audit IAM processes in the organization
Manage, execute, monitor, and report on the IAM certification process
Manage, conduct, monitor, and report on the permissions reconciliation process
Oversee, review, and report on the Authorization Concept documentation
Develop and implement process control mechanisms
Design, manage, execute, monitor, and report on the segregation of duties process
Monitor queues and maintain SLA metrics by completing tasks within agreed timelines
Prepare and update required documentation and instructions
Collaborate with other IAM process participants and HQ on IAM issues
Ensure compliance with IAM standards through controls and audits
Implement activities to raise IAM process awareness in the organization
Ensure that HQ IAM requirements are implemented at local subsidiaries
Report on IT Compliance/System Internal Control
Oversee certification, reconciliation, and SoD processes.
Key Requirements:
Higher education, preferably in IT, information security, process management, or related fields.
At least one year of experience in IAM process management or similar role related to IT security, auditing, internal control or compliance.
Experience working with IAM systems and certification, permissions reconciliation, and segregation of duties processes.
Practical knowledge of tools and technologies used in IAM (e.g., SailPoint, Active Directory, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of IAM processes, including access management, auditing, permissions control, and adhering to IAM policies and standards.
Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on IAM processes and take corrective actions to ensure compliance with established requirements and SLAs.
Strong analytical skills in data processing and reporting on IT systems compliance and processes.
Ability to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including IT, process management, audit teams, HQ, and local subsidiaries.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for creating, reviewing, and updating documentation and instructions.
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, organizing and executing tasks in accordance with established priorities and deadlines.
Capability to oversee and monitor SLAs and respond to issues swiftly and effectively.
Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written (for working with documentation and collaborating with international teams).
Nice to Have:
Experience with IAM projects in a diverse organizational environment.
Certification in IAM frameworks (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP).
Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
