Summary: The role of the Generative AI Engineer is to lead the development of AI solutions on a platform, focusing on designing, building, and deploying generative AI technologies to enhance existing workflows and solve complex problems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions (GANs, VAEs, NLP) using deep learning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into existing workflows.

• Optimize and troubleshoot models; maintain documentation; present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Strong ML/DL background; neural network architectures and optimization.

• Proficiency in English

• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Hands-on experience with generative techniques (GANs, VAEs) and NLP for text generation.

• Experience deploying AI models; data preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Familiarity with computer vision and speech-to-text.

• Azure cloud knowledge for AI deployment.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in CS/AI or related; AI certifications.

• Strong communication skills; ethical AI practices.

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
