📌 ABOUT THE ROLE:
The functional Application Manager is part of the CAD PLM Team, responsible for the complete product life cycle of the CAD, PLM and other technical applications.
The team knows the business processes, the organization, and the applications based on which we deliver first class support, business analyses, change management and vendor management. Currently the CAD PLM application team is focusing on expanding the PLM functionalities.
The ideal candidate has experience in the field of engineering and an above average interest in IT and application development.
📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fast and effective 2nd line incident resolution using our BMC ITSM tool
- Working together with other IT departments and business key users to resolve the more complex issues.
- Timely delivery of service requests
- Functional requirements analysis
- Test activities as part of changes and projects
- Ensure application documentation is up-to-date and available for both IT and business users
📌 SKILLS:
- Bachelor (HBO) or equivalent ability
- Minimum of 2/3 years’ working experience in an IT environment, preferably in a global business environment
- Very good knowledge of BMC ITSM, PLM and CAD.
- Combines general engineering understanding with knowledge of/keen interest in IT
- Fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
