Functional Application Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the product content platforms: Akeneo (PIM), Bynder (DAM), ProductsUp, and Priint.

• Maintain and enhance the product data model, including attribute translations.

• Run bulk exports and imports for data updates.

• Improve overall data quality for product information and digital assets.

• Create small tools/scripts to simplify data handling.

• Develop user documentation and deliver practical training sessions.

• Handle incident tickets, user requests, and system improvement needs.

• Collaborate with internal development teams on product content usage (e.g., website).

• Manage incident resolution and communication with SaaS vendors.

Requirements

Must have

• Minimum Middle-level experience in PIM/DAM/content systems.

• Hands-on experience with Akeneo and Bynder.

• Understanding of product content processes and data flows.

• Basic technical skills (data structures, imports/exports, simple scripts).

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Ability to quickly step into the role and operate independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with ProductsUp or Priint.

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, JS, Bash).

• Experience working in large, global environments.
