Fullstack Framework Developer

The Framework Engineer builds and maintains shared front-end and back-end application frameworks that serve as the foundation for multiple product teams. This role combines deep technical expertise with a platform mindset to enable scalable, maintainable, and consistent software development across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain shared front-end and back-end application frameworks.

• Develop reusable framework components and APIs for service-oriented architecture.

• Document framework features and facilitate onboarding materials for teams.

• Mentor development teams to promote best practices in framework utilization.

• Embed automated testing and CI/CD integration into the framework architecture.

Must Haves:

• Proficiency in React and .NET (8+ years of experience)

• Experienced with building and maintaining application frameworks and tools.

• Expertise in TypeScript and frontend architecture

• Experience in designing APIs and reusable framework components

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with component libraries and Storybook

• Experience in implementing backend tools to enhance developer workflows

• Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD processes
