Expert Security Specialist – Identity & Access Management Project

Summary: We are looking for an Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM). This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, analysis, and supporting project deliverables to enhance application security and user access rights.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and document requirements.

• Collaborate with IT and Business teams through interviews and workshops to gather pertinent information.

• Analyze and ensure the quality of documentation related to application security and user access.

• Examine and address access management issues and violations.

• Facilitate problem resolution among conflicting requirements and manage project scope changes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• Proven experience in an Information Security role, particularly in IAM or cybersecurity contexts.

• Solid understanding of application and access management processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in project support and change management.

• Self-motivated with an aptitude for collaboration.

Other Details:

• Location: Poland - Gdańsk (preferred), Warsaw, or Łódź with 3 days a week in the office.

• Working language: English.
