Expert IT Analyst (Payments)

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Remuneration: up to 155 PLN/H net + VAT, depending on the experience

Type of assignment: B2B contract

Duration of assignment: Long-term

Primary Locations: Gdańsk, 1 day a week, from September, physical presence in the office twice a week

On behalf of our client, we are searching for an Expert IT Analyst to drive and manage initiatives in the payments domain, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the initiative delivery process according to scope, quality, Nordea standards, and deadlines.
• Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for business transformation.
• Identify proactive ways to manage robustness and quality of processes and applications.
• Drive agile cooperation between stakeholders in business, IT, and external partners.
• Provide payment expertise and facilitate discussions to maximize customer value.

Must haves

• 10+ years’ experience within IT and/or business analysis background.
• Strong knowledge of banking/financial sector and cross-border payments.
• Experience with SWIFT payments infrastructure and industry-wide payment processing products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Knowledge of SEPA, EPC, NPC.
• Experience in Data Mapping and Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and user interface design.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
