An experienced ETL Developer is sought to leverage 3 to 5 years of expertise in data management and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Oracle, PL/SQL, and Informatica, along with a foundational understanding of data warehousing concepts. This role requires hands-on experience with ETL implementations, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient data processes.
As an ETL Developer, you will play a key role in the management and support of data warehousing solutions. Your core responsibilities include:
- Develop, maintain, and support Datawarehouse solutions using Oracle PL/SQL and Informatica.
- Conduct data analysis and extraction using SQL and Structured Query Languages.
- Implement technical solutions while liaising with business analysts and onshore teams.
- Provide support for production issues and manage upgrades and patches.
- Monitor performance issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Coordinate testing and production releases with multiple stakeholders.
- Document tasks and processes clearly for organizational benefit.
- Report KPIs and progress to higher management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields with a strong academic record.
- 3-5 years of experience in ETL development.
- Proficient in Oracle, PL/SQL, and Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Experience with data warehousing principles, Data Modeling, and Database Development.
- Basic programming skills in Python for automation purposes.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Business Objects.
- Experience in the Financial and Leasing domains.
This role is for a 6-month contract period, operating on a general shift schedule. The successful candidate will engage in projects pertaining to data warehousing and ETL implementations, contributing significantly to the organization's data management efforts.
