ETL Developer (41333)

Budget: 140 PLN/h on B2B contract

Location: Poland - Łódź, Gdańsk or Gdynia, Warsaw - 2-3 days per week in office is mandatory.

Summary: The ETL Developer will be responsible for developing ETL flows for data migration within a scrum team, ensuring collaboration and high-quality deliverables. Candidates must have strong technical skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working in a scrum team

• Developing ETL flows for data migration

• Monitoring and optimizing ETL processes for performance and efficiency

• Understanding mapping documents and data integration requirements

• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of requirements

• Keeping development documentation updated

Key Requirements:

• Experience working directly with IBM DataStage, Informatica, or similar ETL/Data Integration tool

• Excellent SQL/PL-SQL and Oracle DB skills

• Ability to use Git for version control

• Attention to details and high-quality code

• Understanding of data warehousing and data mesh concepts

• Understanding of data modeling perspective

• Experience in data migrations

• Working with Scrum/SAFe frameworks and within a self-managing team

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English, written as well as spoken

Nice to Have:

• Experience working directly with IBM DataStage, Informatica, or similar ETL/Data Integration tool

Other Details:

• Location: Poland - Łódź, Gdańsk or Gdynia, Warsaw. 60% office presence is mandatory.
