ERP Cloud Project Manager (h/f)

Location: Nanterre / 3 days remote per week + occasional international travel

Duration: 3 years

Summary:

The ERP Cloud Project Manager will lead the functional stream of an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery across multiple geographic business units by leveraging their extensive experience in project management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the functional stream within a global program composed of multiple interdependent streams.

• Plan, execute, and control functional stream scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines.

• Coordinate with PMO and other functional stream leads for alignment and dependency management.

• Manage risks, issues, changes impacting the functional stream.

• Act as primary contact for business stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.

• Collaborate with designated business focal points for engagement and commitment.

• Work with other functional stream PMs to cover end-to-end processes.

• Manage internal and external resources, including vendors for integrations.

• Ensure all functional deliverables meet quality standards.

• Provide accurate status reporting and program-level governance inputs.

• Support integration testing, go-live, and closure activities.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of project management experience with large/global projects.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification.

• Experience with JIRA tool.

• Demonstrable ability to engage with business functions like Finance and Engineering.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.

• Reside in Paris region or ability to work from Paris office (Nanterre).

• Willingness to travel to stakeholder sites (U.S., U.K., Malaysia, etc.).
