Enterprise AI Lead

On behalf of a client within the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Lead to help establish and scale enterprise-wide AI capabilities.

The client is investing heavily in AI and is looking for a senior consultant who can bridge technology, architecture, governance, and business adoption. The objective is to enable the organization to implement AI in a repeatable, secure, and scalable way across teams, products, and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Scale AI tools for improved productivity among teams and individuals

• Accelerate the adoption of reusable skills, workflows, and enterprise AI tooling

• Develop governance patterns and orchestration capabilities

• Facilitate connectivity and integration of AI systems, creating reusable AI assets

• Measure success by the bank’s capacity to operationalize AI capabilities efficiently

• Focus on establishing enterprise-wide capabilities spanning various domains such as engineering, architecture, and governance

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology leadership, enterprise platforms, cloud engineering, architecture, AI/ML engineering, or large-scale technology transformation

• Strong platform thinking combined with the ability to translate emerging technologies into scalable enterprise operating models

• Experience driving complex initiatives across business, engineering, architecture, governance, and cloud platform teams

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms, GenAI ecosystems, orchestration, reusable workflows, governance, and AI operationalization

• Comfortable building new capabilities, operating across organizational boundaries, and creating momentum in rapidly evolving technology environments
