Responsibilities:

 Main current upcoming projects:

• Shared tablet for dairy production sites
• Production Tablets: migration from Soti to Intune
• ZeroTrust: defender for mobile implementation
• Intune governance improvements
• Full cloud managed PC: Entra Joined devices: Moving from hybrid to full cloud setup.
• Autopilot as a main provisioning tool
• End of Windows 11 migration
• Intune MDM testing (MAC, Handheld scanner (android), Tablets)
• Migrating AD GPO to Intune configuration policies

Main tasks 

• Provide administration and technical support for mobile devices and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Consults runs proof of concepts, and advises the best use of Intune services to solve current challenges in the Mobile Management area
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.
• Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions to manage mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and AR/VR headsets, across multiple platforms (iOS, Android).
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Intune configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Intune
• Very good experience in Azure Services
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Mobile OS (iOS, Android)
• Understanding of Entra ID Active Directory, identity & access management, conditional access policies and how it relates to MDM
• Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android device
• Understanding of networking and how it relates to MDM infrastructure, Tunnel traffic routing and mobile applications connectivity
• Mobile application delivery
