E2E Test Coordinator

PROJECT INFORMATION

• Location: Gdańsk (1-2/week)

Summary

The role of Test Lead / Lead Tester is crucial in ensuring the quality and performance of End-to-End (E2E) testing processes within the banking and payments domain. This position focuses on validating business and technical requirements, coordinating testing efforts, and enhancing the efficiency of test teams.

Main Responsibilities

The Test Lead / Lead Tester will oversee the quality assurance processes within the E2E testing framework.

• Review business and technical requirements, identify test approaches, plan E2E tests.

• Coordinate E2E testing for different releases.

• Design and implement E2E Test scenarios and cases.

• Execute tests, report results including defects.

• Provide clear visibility to E2E testing progress and proactively engage with all stakeholders.

• Provide support and coaching for other E2E test engineers.

Key Requirements

• Good hands-on testing experience (test design and test execution).

• Experience from testing in a complex integrated environment with multiple applications.

• Understanding of Banking / Cards / Payments domain.

• Technical skills to communicate with development teams, architects, and test environment staff.

• Experience working with SAFe/ Agile methodologies.

• Fluent communication in English; experience working with globally distributed teams.

• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to coach team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with banking architecture including batch runs and integration technologies.

• Knowledge of additional languages for improved communication.
