Summary:
The Dynamics 365 for Sales - Technical Consultant plays a key role in the Bank’s Global Banking and Commercial Banking division, focusing on implementing and enhancing customer relationship management through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Dynamics 365 for Sales - Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality code deliverables and facilitating the development process. Key responsibilities include:
Code delivery
Code reviews
Build quality reviews
Backlog grooming of tasks for sprints
Technical documentation
Daily stand-up contributions to unblock stories
Participation in production releases
Key Requirements:
10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience
Hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales (online)
Proficiency in CRM SDK for programmatic interface
Ability to interpret requirements and customize CRM
Experience with Canvas App and Pages on Dynamics 365
Building PCF controls on Dynamics 365
Familiarity with .NET 4.6.2
Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills
Experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus
Knowledge of test-driven development techniques
Comfortable with GIT source control
Nice to Have:
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, ReactJS, and AngularJS
Familiarity with Azure platform services
Knowledge of messaging platforms and event-driven architecture
Experience with SOLID principles and design patterns
Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks
Experience with logging frameworks such as App Insights and Serilog
Ability to create well-documented technical components
Experience in reviewing code quality
