Summary:

The Dynamics 365 for Sales - Technical Consultant plays a key role in the Bank’s Global Banking and Commercial Banking division, focusing on implementing and enhancing customer relationship management through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Dynamics 365 for Sales - Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality code deliverables and facilitating the development process. Key responsibilities include:

• Code delivery

• Code reviews

• Build quality reviews

• Backlog grooming of tasks for sprints

• Technical documentation

• Daily stand-up contributions to unblock stories

• Participation in production releases

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience

• Hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales (online)

• Proficiency in CRM SDK for programmatic interface

• Ability to interpret requirements and customize CRM

• Experience with Canvas App and Pages on Dynamics 365

• Building PCF controls on Dynamics 365

• Familiarity with .NET 4.6.2

• Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills

• Experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus

• Knowledge of test-driven development techniques

• Comfortable with GIT source control

Nice to Have:

• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, ReactJS, and AngularJS

• Familiarity with Azure platform services

• Knowledge of messaging platforms and event-driven architecture

• Experience with SOLID principles and design patterns

• Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks

• Experience with logging frameworks such as App Insights and Serilog

• Ability to create well-documented technical components

• Experience in reviewing code quality

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
