Dynamics 365 Engineer Lead

Contract: B2B - 6 months + extension

Work mode: Occasional work from the Warsaw or Cracow office (a few days per month or quarter)

Currently we are looking for an experienced D365 Engineer Lead. This position entails directing a team of specialists and delivering advanced technological solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform while providing support to team members.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of Dynamics 365 experts.
2. Design the architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions and integrate with external systems.
3. Coordinate team's operations within CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
5. Manage component quality and assist in system testing.
6. Mentor team members and establish development paths.
7. Define technical standards and best practices.
8. Support in technological risk management.

Key Requirements (Must Haves):

1. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
2. Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365.
3. Experience with Dynamics SDK, plugin development, and business processes.
4. Strong development skills in .NET, JavaScript, C#, and SQL Server.
5. Experience with Power Platform components.
6. Ability to build forms, views, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
7. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 REST/ODDATA and SOAP APIs.
8. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
9. Preparation of technical documentation.
10. Willingness to obtain Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365.

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
2. Experience with JavaScript.
3. Basic knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS.
4. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
5. Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, such as SharePoint or Office 365.
6. Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker.
7. Experience in the financial services sector.

Other Details:

This position offers a contract in the Banking sector with the potential for extension. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 and demonstrate leadership in technology solutions.
