Project Summary

The client has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core platform for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with a planned global rollout across approximately 60 countries. As a Functional D365 Consultant, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, deliver comprehensive solutions, and support strategic goals. Your expertise in business modeling and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be key to succeeding in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participating in all implementation phases, from requirements analysis to configuration and application testing within Microsoft Dynamics.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements aligned with business goals and identifying opportunities to optimize processes.

• Providing expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and ensuring alignment with the client’s business processes.

• Utilizing the Microsoft technology stack and ALM tools to deliver optimal solutions.

• Documenting business requirements and tailoring the Dynamics application to meet client needs.

• Conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and delivering end-user training to ensure effective CRM system adoption.

Key Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in Microsoft Dynamics consulting, with a strong focus on business modeling and solution delivery.

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales and involvement in at least 3 full implementation cycles.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft ALM stack.

• Proficiency in using VSTS/TFS for task tracking and project management.

• Strong understanding of process-driven implementation methodologies.

• Proven analytical skills, with the ability to assess and redesign business processes.

• Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and testing activities related to solution delivery.
