Dynamics 365 - Technical Consultant / Designer

Main Responsibilities

• Document solution designs and break them down into technical user stories

• Create high-level design documentation and solution conceptualisation

• Prepare feature descriptions and detailed technical user stories

• Develop technical drawings aligned with process flow diagrams

• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions

• Design and develop model-driven applications

• Apply coding concepts effectively in solution design and implementation

• Leverage integration knowledge to enhance system functionality

Key Requirements

• Strong proficiency in documenting solution designs and technical user stories

• Proven experience in high-level solution thinking and conceptualisation

• Experience creating feature descriptions and technical documentation

• Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customisations and configurations

• Solid understanding of model-driven apps and coding principles

• Knowledge of system integrations supporting solution design

Nice to Have

• Experience with plugins and workflows

• Familiarity with Power Automate flows

• Understanding of API management

• Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules

• Experience with data modelling
