Develop technical drawings aligned with process flow diagrams
Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
Design and develop model-driven applications
Apply coding concepts effectively in solution design and implementation
Leverage integration knowledge to enhance system functionality
Strong proficiency in documenting solution designs and technical user stories
Proven experience in high-level solution thinking and conceptualisation
Experience creating feature descriptions and technical documentation
Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customisations and configurations
Solid understanding of model-driven apps and coding principles
Knowledge of system integrations supporting solution design
Experience with plugins and workflows
Familiarity with Power Automate flows
Understanding of API management
Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules
Experience with data modelling
