Digital Adoption Specialist

• Location: Warsaw, Poland (On-site requirement for at least 3 days per week)

Summary: The Digital Adoption Specialist will contribute to the vision of enhancing digital transformation and establishing a superior workplace experience at one of the world's most sustainable companies. This role is pivotal in optimizing collaboration and productivity tools to ensure effective utilization within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying optimal ways for colleagues to utilize collaboration and productivity tools.

• Maturing and driving adoption activities focusing on Microsoft 365 services through guidance, seminars, and business-related activities.

• Driving business communities to communicate and adopt collaborative working methods.

Key Requirements:

• Experience running adoption activities in an international organization.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Pro Plus applications.

• Experience in providing training and facilitating workshops.

• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with employees at all levels.

• Ability to simplify complex technical scenarios.

• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience working with diverse teams in a global setup.

• Proven track record of promoting efficiency in tool adoption.
