PROJECT INFORMATION:
Industry: banking
Location: Gdansk/Gdynia (hybrid model: 1 or 2 days per week from the office)
Remuneration: up to 160 pln/h, B2B
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a 2nd line of support applications working closely with developers,
- Sharing experience and supporting PL/SQL applications and database concepts,
- Handling and resolving incidents following Service Level Agreements (SLA),
- Continuous analysis of application and infrastructure performance problems
- Coordination of changes following the tandards
- Following and update procedures and documentation according to templates,
- Focus on optimization and automation
- Updating monitoring systems as Grafana, Splunk and verification of events in IT systems based on alerts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 5+ years of experience as an IT Operations with ability to work independently with defined problems on an average level within certain areas of expertise,
- Knowledge and experience about Kubernetes, Windows, Tomcat, Bamboo and ITIL are crucial.
- Proactive attitude in terms of communicating possible issues, and takes the initiative in relation to relevant solutions.
- Must have: worked as Application Support/ DevOps in Windows environment,
- Must have: experience in working with Docker based application,

Must have: knowledge of Splunk, Grafana and Automic UC4,
- Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and debugging,

Familiar with Windows server systems,
- Fluency in English (verbal and written),
- Great communication skills.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence) and also knowledge of banking industry would be an asset.
