DevOps Expert (IT Developer)

LOCATION: Gdansk (hybrid)

REMUNERATION: up to 175 pln/h, B2B

We are looking for an experienced IT Developer Expert with a strong focus on DevOps to lead the design and implementation of a robust continuous integration system supporting business deliveries. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and driving our DevOps strategy, fostering a DevOps culture through automation and modern engineering tools. You will be instrumental in the adoption, development, and ongoing management of a strategic CI/CD platform across the organization. .

RESPONSIBILIIES:

• Managing source code repositories with best branching practices.

• Automating software builds and deployments.

• Overseeing continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD).

• Govern deployments across multiple environments.

• Integrating tools to connect engineering data with the continuous integration process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• In-depth knowledge of Jenkins and Bamboo CI/CD solutions.

• Familiarity with Ansible automation and AWX or AAP platforms.

• Proficient in Terraform.

• Experience with Python or Go.

• Knowledge of Artifactory.

• Experience with Bitbucket/Git.

• Familiarity with Atlassian integrations (JIRA, Confluence).

• Proficient in Maven and Gradle build processes.

• Strong understanding of Java applications.

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with API services.

• Experience setting up load balancing.

• Security-oriented approach to DevOps.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Programming background with a deep understanding of development processes.

• Experience with Linux RHEL ecosystem and scripting (bash, python).

• Understanding of configuration management, release, and change management.

• Knowledge of SonarQube or similar code quality and security tools.

• Experience in working with AWS or Google cloud solutions.
