Project Overview:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a strategic, long-term initiative in the banking sector. You will play a key role in automating and optimizing the deployment of cloud-based solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, supporting international development teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform
• Automate the deployment and integration of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct regression testing, performance validation, and system optimization to ensure stability and reliability after deployments
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to ensure reliable delivery of technical solutions

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in enterprise environments
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
• Strong understanding of Power Platform deployment and integration
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience in testing and validating infrastructure changes, including regression testing and performance optimization
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance in Azure environments
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
