Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Straight-Through Processing (STP) Implementation team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of automated workflows and robust pipelines in a fast-paced Agile environment. Your expertise will greatly enhance our ability to improve loan processing and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan origination and servicing.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools.

• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures.

Key Requirements

• Kubernetes, Docker, Bamboo, Argo, SQL, SysDig, Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field.

• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.

• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts.

• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems.

• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.

• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
