We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of digital and IT products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong project delivery skills with Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and a passion for continuous improvement.

In this role, you will help teams deliver high-quality solutions that support important business goals and create meaningful impact for end users.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and IT initiatives, from planning through development, testing, and release

• Select and apply the most suitable delivery approach, including Scrum, Kanban, Team of Teams, or traditional project frameworks

• Monitor scope, quality, timeline, budget, and delivery risks

• Identify blockers early and remove impediments to keep teams productive and focused

• Build strong collaboration between cross-functional teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and external partners

• Translate business needs into clear delivery outcomes and ensure solutions meet expectations

• Drive continuous improvement in team ways of working, processes, onboarding, and delivery performance

• Support change management and help teams adapt smoothly in evolving environments

• Depending on experience, contribute to backlog prioritisation and product-related decision-making

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, digital transformation, project leadership, or similar roles

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives

• Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and IT service management

• Strong project and delivery management capabilities

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Confidence in working across technical and non-technical teams

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills

• Experience in driving process improvements and building effective team collaboration
