PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
IIS – Information & Investigation Solutions, within Financial Crime Prevention which is 1st line function, handling Money-laundering, Tax Evasion, & Terrorist Financing cases. Our Unified Workflow Case and Investigation Management Solution (WCIM) is built to increase operational efficiency, drive of automation in a common platform and execution model.
Our strategic vision is driven by more common approach for orchestration and data sourcing, improving quality and correctness of incoming data in order to enable best decisions made by solution users & improve reporting, dashboarding, which enable better self-service and reduce amounts of manual work.
We work with large quantities of data (and technologies that cover big data) both on strategic and tactical level.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
- 4+ years as Product Owner / Delivery lead / Project manager / Execution leader preferably in Agile and Finance sector.
- Understanding of principles of good designs and use of patterns in IT solutions.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to support Team in slicing bigger functionalities into smaller, achievable within Sprint functionalities(stories).
- Understanding Agile principles.
Nice to have:
- Technical background (developer or architecture).
- Understanding Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- POPM SAFe certification.
Skills:
- Agile Methods (Scrum/FDD/XP/Crystal/DSDM) – Expert level.
- Scrum / Agile framework – Expert level.
- IT Architecture – Senior level.
- Core J2EE Design Patterns (Good-to-have).
- Java (Good-to-have) – Junior level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maximizing value of integrations build by Orchestration Teams.
- Responsible for execution of strategy build by IIS Architecture.
- Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items.
- Refining & visualizing Orchestration Teams backlog within Nordea / IIS Ways of working.
- Ordering Orchestration Teams Product Backlog items to maximize value of Teams deliverables.
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood.
- Developing and explicitly communicating the Team PI Objectives and Teams goals.
- Collaborating with Architects, Product management and stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery.
- Supporting design of solution that will fulfill IIS Architecture and stakeholders requirements (inc non-functional requirements).
- Building common platform and governance of Integration Framework.
- Identifying risks, dependencies and impediments on Team level to ensure teams efficiency.
- Working on common platform & governance with Data Team.
- Working under common governance of Client’s Standards and guidelines (together with Agile Coach, Scrum masters, Line managers).
- Working with Organization governance forums and Community of practices.
- Working on daily basis with Orchestration Teams.
