Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner

Summary

The Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner will oversee the Orchiestration Teams, ensuring effective integration strategies are employed for optimal value in financial crime prevention data management.

Main Responsibilities

• Maximize the value of integrations built by Orchiestration Teams.

• Execute the strategy designed by IIS Architecture.

• Create and communicate Product Backlog items clearly.

• Refine and visualize the backlog according to Bank/IIS practices.

• Order backlog items to maximize team deliverables.

• Maintain transparency and understanding of the Product Backlog.

• Communicate Team PI Objectives and goals.

• Collaborate with Architects, Product management, and stakeholders for agile delivery.

• Support design solutions that meet architecture and stakeholder requirements.

• Work closely with various departments including IIS Product Management and Architects.

• Build platform governance with the Data Team.

• Identify team-level risks and impediments to ensure efficiency.

• Adhere to Bank Standards and guidelines in governance.

• Engage in organization governance forums and communities of practices.

• Work daily with Orchiestration Teams.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Product Owner / Delivery lead / Project Manager in Agile and Finance.

• Technical background in Java Microservices, SQL, Postgress, and APIs.

• Experience in data integration.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to break down larger functionalities into sprint-sized stories.

• Understanding of Agile principles.

Nice to Have

• POPM SAFe certification.
