Definition & Automation Team Lead

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Definition & Automation team

• Set the direction for how the organization defines, documents, and automates key workflows

• Align team priorities with broader operational and company objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to gather requirements and drive alignment

• Serve as the connective tissue between operational needs and technical implementation

• Ensure that definitions and automations are grounded in real, practical use cases

Process Design & Standardization

• Own the creation and upkeep of structured process definitions across key workflows

• Turn ambiguous, ad hoc processes into clear, repeatable playbooks and frameworks

• Drive consistency across onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement touchpoints

Automation & Tooling

• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and reduce operational friction

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement scalable automation solutions

• Own the tooling strategy for workflow enablement, including CRM, workflow tools, and AI-driven automation

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track key metrics around efficiency, scalability, and outcomes

• Use data and feedback to continuously refine processes and automations

• Champion initiatives that improve time-to-value and reduce effort across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Operations, RevOps, Enablement, or a similar function

• 2+ years of team leadership experience

• Proven ability to design scalable processes and deliver automation at scale

• Strong systems thinking and a talent for structuring complex workflows

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or CRM workflow builders

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision making

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward clarity and documentation

• Comfortable with ambiguity and experienced in building processes from the ground up

• Familiarity with AI-driven automation or workflow orchestration is a plus
