In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing global, cutting-edge AI solutions in the Product Supply domain.
Our diverse, international team is dedicated to managing the entire product lifecycle – from proof of concept to the seamless operation of fully industrialized products. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions that leverage traditional Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Mathematical Optimization, all powered by a modern tech stack featuring Python, Azure, and Databricks.

Main Responsibilities:
Creates, employs and evaluates mathematical optimization, time series forecasting, machine learning models and workflows that deliver actionable insights and meet business objectives.
Strengthens, maintains, and regularly updates developed solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Extracts valuable information from large structured and unstructured datasets, identifying key variables and metrics that influence product supply.
Builds prototypes to prove modeling concepts.
Industrializes and scales up successful advanced analytics prototypes into IT products.
Creates intuitive and interactive data visualizations, reporting tools and dashboards to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develops generalized frameworks and libraries for repetitive data science activities.
Participates in exploratory projects that investigate new data sources, tools, and analytical techniques.
Builds data processing pipelines and analyzes data used for modeling.
Manages code in GitHub repositories and performs peer code reviews.
Fosters a culture of continuous learning within the data science team.
Presents compelling data-driven stories to all levels of the organization.
Acts as a subject matter expert in data science, advising on best practices and emerging technologies.
Key Requirements:
Master’s or PhD degree with 2+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields.
Proven educational background or applied experience in Machine Learning, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative disciplines.
Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries.
Good proficiency in machine learning, mathematical optimization, and forecasting.
Solid knowledge of data science tools, libraries, and frameworks.
Ability to write production grade code using object-oriented programming.
Ability to design and conduct experiments evaluating user experience and system performance.
Experience developing advanced analytics products in a cloud environment.
Ability to create comprehensive documentation for developed products.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
Practical experience with data processing frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of big data technologies.
