Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to drive IT Stability improvements within IPC processes and business solutions. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating IT issues and risks using advanced analytics and cutting-edge AI technologies. The ultimate goal is to enhance IT operations through automation, advanced data insights, and integration of GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Enhancing IT Stability: Analyze IT risks to prevent reoccurring incidents, automate change risk assessments, and design service improvement plans.

Advanced Analytics Solutions: Develop and maintain Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions for actionable insights and strategy alignment.

Innovation and AI Implementation: Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives, including GenAI implementations for complex data analysis and foundational models for future strategies.

Hypothesis Testing and Statistical Modeling: Build advanced dashboards, analyze data, and apply statistical techniques for predictive and descriptive insights.

Agile Collaboration: Work within a SAFe Scrum Team to co-build a cutting-edge Data Analytics service.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in T-SQL, DAX, and Python for ML and data wrangling.
- Proficiency in MS Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
- Deep knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning tools for feature selection and classifier optimization.
- Experience in data mining and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Certification or proven experience in ITIL Foundation and IT Service Management.
- Agile experience (Scrum/SAFe), with a Lean-Agile mindset.
- Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
