Data/Functional Analyst (AI)

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data/Functional Analyst with over 8 years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively. Proficiency in communicating with both business and technical teams is essential for this role, as well as a solid background in process modeling and functional specifications. This role requires a candidate who possesses strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
The Data/Functional Analyst will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitating communication between business units and technical teams.
• Modeling processes and creating functional specifications.
• Utilizing prioritization techniques for backlog refinement.
• Creating planners and demand registers.
• Conducting data analysis and generating reporting insights.
• Writing technical specifications with high redactional skills.
• Understanding and analyzing processes in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and procurement.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data or functional analysis.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
