Summary: The Senior Data Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between data teams and business stakeholders by ensuring effective data usage, training users, and deriving actionable insights from data.

Client: A company from Denmark

Remote work: 100% remotely

Project language: English

Business trips: a few team meetings per year in Warsaw and an integration trip once a year

Project length: 12 months with possible extentions

Start: ideally ASAP, but we’re open to candidates with longer notice period

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with communication skills and business understanding. They will not just work with data but also with end users supporting adoption, training, and continuous improvement in how data is used across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Interaction & Understanding

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders promote our solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between end-users and the central data team, ensuring alignment between business goals and data delivery.

• User Support & Enablement

  • Train and support users in our Power BI solutions and self-service products.

  • Help users design new reports, dashboards, and metrics — focusing on understanding before numbers.

• Analysis & Insight delivery

  • Perform data exploration, ad-hoc analysis, and validation of key reports and KPIs.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within operational and commercial datasets.

  • Support data product teams by testing new datasets and providing business feedback.

Profile and Competencies

• Confident, curious, and proactive, comfortable reaching out to stakeholders and asking the right questions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.

• A strong graphical eye and extensive experience with Power BI

• Business-oriented mindset; able to understand operational and commercial contexts.

• Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional, international environment.
