Summary: This role aims to provide analytical support in data analysis, system design, and requirement gathering to facilitate development teams in creating effective solutions while ensuring alignment between IT and business.
Responsibilities:

• Perform IT analysis, investigative data analysis, system design, and data modelling to support development teams.

• Take lead or facilitating role to drive requirements analysis involving multiple stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements as a bridge between IT and business teams.

• Build understanding of business processes alongside functional/technical knowledge of solutions.

• Understand data model requirements and assess if data meets business needs in the IIS area.

• Passion for data analysis, problem solving, and requirements elicitation.

• Strong business and technical background.

• Experience with ETL and SQL

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to work in diverse teams.

• Willingness to develop in the role as assignments change.

• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Background in finance or banking experience preferred.

Other Details:

• Experience in relational databases design and querying, including optimization.

• Familiarity with Big Data platforms like Hadoop, Hive, Impala, pySpark, and HQL.

• Experience with JSON/AVRO data formats.

• Proficiency in defining business & technical requirements into understandable formats.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with tools like Jira and Bitbucket for project management.

• Experience in requirement analysis in data-related areas.

• Able to collaborate with development teams including developers and architects.
