Data Analyst - Senior

Introduction & Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive impact assessments.

• Connecting and consolidating data into Power BI dashboards.

• Performing in-depth analysis of financial and workforce data.

• Driving the transition from Excel-based processes to scalable integrated systems.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

• Experience in data integration, specifically with SAP.

• Hands-on experience with HR systems and workforce data.

• Ability to manage complex datasets and deliver structured insights.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Finance, or equivalent experience.

Other Details
This role is located in Brussels with a hybrid working model. Candidates are expected to maintain an onsite presence as policies, which require three days per week in the office. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where data-driven decision-making is prioritized.
