Cybersecurity Project Manager - NIS2 (h/f)

Summary:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to coordinate a NIS2 compliance program, aiming for complete alignment with the NIS2 Directive over the next year, ensuring that the organization's specific contexts and projects are considered.

Responsibilities:

• Support NIS2 program owner and leaders to deliver initiatives (e.g. policies, frameworks) on time, acknowledging organizational contexts.

• Assist in regulatory expectations, deliverable reviews, and prioritization of ongoing initiatives.

• Engage stakeholders (legal, IT, etc.) effectively.

• Facilitate collaboration between technical initiatives and policy streams to identify dependencies.

• Ensure project execution adheres to best practices in planning, budgeting, and communication.

• Oversee program governance, supporting the owner in risk identification and communication.

• Track progress and prepare communication materials for stakeholders and committees.

• Define KPIs to report to stakeholders and sponsors.

• Clarify roles and responsibilities among stakeholders as needed.

• Notify the program owner of risks and facilitate their resolution.

• Monitor changes in NIS2 regulations and update stakeholders timely.

Key Requirements:

• Expertise in Project Management.

• Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Cybersecurity fundamentals.

• Strong experience in Risk Management.

• Certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance.

• Fluency in English.
