Introduction & Summary
As a Cyber Training and Awareness Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the cybersecurity culture of the organization. The position involves designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the cyber awareness program tailored for diverse audiences within the company. Key responsibilities involve educating employees, analyzing data to identify trends, and developing effective training initiatives, all under the supervision of the Head of Cyber Governance, Compliance, and Awareness.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive cyber awareness program utilizing various formats including e-learning modules, webinars, and meetings.
- Own the annual cyber security training and refresh key topics each year.
- Analyze internal phishing data to target high-risk groups and customize training accordingly.
- Establish a monthly awareness program inclusive of articles in the IT Newsletter and additional cybersecurity topics.
- Track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to tailor training content.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, including AI and deep fake activities, to ensure relevant training content.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management based on program outcomes.
- Support strategic planning and execution for cyber governance and awareness.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness or training.
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven programs.
- Familiarity with phishing simulation tools is highly desirable.
- Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable training insights.
- Ability to create engaging training materials for varied audiences.
- Experience in project management with multitasking capabilities.
- Collaborative approach with a commitment to high ethical standards.

Other Details
