About the job
As a Cyber Training and Awareness Lead, you will play a critical role in strengthening our organization’s cybersecurity culture. You will design, implement, and continuously improve our cyber awareness program tailored to different audiences across the company. Your work will directly contribute to reducing cyber risks by educating employees, analyzing behavioral data, and developing targeted training and awareness initiatives. You will report functionally to the Head of Cyber Governance, Compliance, and Awareness.

Work Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Work model: Hybrid working (3 days/week in office)

Work hours: CET Time zone (9 hours)

Starting in early 2026 as a temporary position with a possibility for full employment.

Goals and deliverables:

Objectives of this role

• Design and implement a multi-format cyber awareness program (e-learning modules, webinars, communications, etc.) at various organizational levels.
• Ownership of the annual cybersecurity training.
• Identify key topics for refreshment in the annual training program.
• Work with businesses to ensure high participation levels.
• Analyze internal phishing campaign data to identify trends.
• Develop targeted training for employees vulnerable to phishing.
• Establish a regular awareness program, including monthly articles and best practice communications.
• Collaborate with leaders to customize training content.
• Maintain updated knowledge of cyber threats, including AI threats.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
• Support the Head of Cyber Governance in strategic planning.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing data and developing metrics-driven programs.
• Experience with phishing simulation tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization is a plus.
