Cyber Security Specialist

Introduction & Summary:

Join our team as a Cyber Security Specialist focusing on Internal Threats. This critical role requires expertise in large-scale Cyber Security Insider Threat Programs, with a strong emphasis on practical experience in using various Cyber Security tools. The successful candidate will have documented experience in the financial sector and a robust understanding of risk management within Cyber Security.

Main Responsibilities:

The selected individual will perform a documented assessment of existing Cyber Security tools focusing on internal threat prevention, protection, and detection capabilities.

• Conduct a thorough assessment of current Cyber Security tools.

• Identify areas for improvement and recommend prioritized adjustments.

• Document findings and recommendations for each Cyber Security tool.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement recommended changes.

• Engage in hands-on work with various Cyber Security tools.

• Support the team in enhancing detection and prevention capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Cyber Security Insider Threat Program as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Hands-on experience with various Cyber Security tools.

• Strong senior technical and risk management skills.

• Documented working experience in the EU financial sector.

• Subject to Security Vetting Operations, including enhanced background checks and security vetting interviews.

Nice to Have:

• Cyber Security certifications.

• Proven track record of education in the Cyber Security field.

Other Details:

This role requires onsite work at the Nordea office in Poland, specifically Warsaw. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
