Cyber Security Consultant

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: Banking

• Work Model: hybrid 3/week in Warsaw

• Remuneration: 180-200 PLN/h netto+ VAT (B2B)

Summary

The role focuses on ensuring the encryption and key management practices comply with both internal and regulatory standards. Its primary objective is to enhance information security through effective management of cryptographic controls and compliance processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and recommend updates to new & existing policies and procedures for encryption and key management.

• Manage the process of gathering, analyzing, and assessing the current and future encryption landscape.

• Recommend, review, and document relevant cryptographic controls to support defined security policies.

• Operationalize a cryptographic keys inventory and risk assessment program.

Key Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Encryption and Key Management.

• Practical experience with cryptography in complex business solutions.

• Proven track record in Information Security with knowledge of cryptographic standards.

• Solid knowledge of banking regulations related to cryptography.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an international enterprise environment.

• Proven achievements in IT Security.

• Strong professional communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
