PROJECT INFORMATION:

INTRODUCTION & SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented Manager Process Engineering specializing in the Wholesale IT sector. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and enhancing customer experiences through strategic change initiatives. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical skills, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and a fervor for continuous improvement within a dynamic environment.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key responsibility of this role is to identify and implement processes that streamline operations and reduce complexity.

  • Design and execute initiatives to enhance existing processes.
  • Partner strategically with teams to foster innovation and technological advancement.
  • Re-engineer workflows to support sustainable growth and superior service delivery.
  • Deliver projects aligned with our internal strategic change framework.
  • Drive the delivery of key strategic change initiatives collaboratively.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in process reengineering.
  • Proven stakeholder management proficiency.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with customer journey.
  • Global experience in the Business Banking sector.


NICE TO HAVE:

  • PMP or Prince2 certification.
  • Experience in Agile PM/BA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools, such as ARIS.

This position demands minimal oversight from senior colleagues and promotes independence. High levels of engagement and collaboration with multiple stakeholders are crucial. Building capabilities within our Process Engineering Practice is vital, along with a proactive approach focused on continuous improvement.
