Copilot Studio Developer

Introduction & Summary:The Copilot Studio Developer will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and management of AI agents within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building and deploying AI agents, with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the ability to integrate advanced agent behaviors using various enterprise systems. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment and optimization of AI agents.

• Design and develop AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Manage environments, security, and lifecycle for AI agents.
• Implement conversational experiences using Copilot Studio’s design tools.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Monitor and optimize agents using analytics and user feedback.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements.
• Document project workflows and integration mappings.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security protocols.
• Participate in agile development practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience building and deploying multiple AI Agents in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot built-in agents and SharePoint Agents.
• Proficiency in designing conversational experiences with multi-turn logic.
• Integration expertise with enterprise systems using PowerApps and APIs.
• Experience with Dataverse for schema design and environment management.
• Ability to implement advanced agent behaviors.
• Understanding of Azure services for augmenting AI capabilities.
• Strong grounding in Responsible AI and prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and ALM pipelines.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600).
• MS Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
