Copilot Studio Developer

Summary:

The role focuses on developing and deploying AI agents within a large enterprise environment, ensuring effective governance, security, and lifecycle management. The main objective is to leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrate AI solutions to enhance business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI agents, overseeing governance, security, and lifecycle management.

• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio for end-to-end design of AI agents involving topics, flows, plugins, grounding, triggers, and conversation orchestration.

• Customize, extend, and integrate built-in M365 Copilot agents and SharePoint Agents in enterprise settings.

• Design conversational experiences considering multi-turn logic, adaptive cards, and context management.

• Integrate with enterprise systems using PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.

• Implement advanced agent behaviors through plugins, C# custom code, and Power Fx logic.

• Engage with Azure services like Azure OpenAI Service and Cognitive Services to augment AI capabilities.

• Monitor agents using analytics and feedback for iterative improvements.

• Document processes including flowcharts and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in building and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technology.

• Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and SharePoint agents.

• Proficiency in integration using PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Understanding of Azure services relevant to AI.

• Experience in enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Power Platform (PL-400, PL-600) or Azure AI (AI-102, AZ-204).

• Familiarity with CI/CD and ALM pipelines.

• Experience in enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
